TRI COUNTY DAY CAMP

FACTS TO KNOW...

WHO: Any youth entering 1st-5th-grade NOTE: those entering First grade must have an adult partner with them at camp each day, all day.  
WHEN: June 25-29, 2018 8:00am - 4:00pm (drop off 7:45 - pick up no later than 4:15)
WHERE: Shad's Landing State Park, Snow Hill, MD
LUNCH: Campers need to provide their own lunch/snacks/drinks
COSTS:

  •     Cub Scout/Other: $120 paid in full prior to April 1, 2018 - $130 if paid in full prior to May 1, 2018 - $140 paid in full after May 1, 2018
  •     Siblings: $110 if paid in full prior to April 1, 2018, $120 if paid in full prior to May 1, 2018 - $130 paid in full after May 1, 2018
  •     $50/registrant due at time of registration

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - Volunteers that volunteer all five days may be eligible for a $50 discount in the form of a refund at the discretion of Camp Director.

Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required with this registration. The balance due is required before the first day of the camp. Discounts apply to the date of final payment NOT THE DATE OF REGISTRATION. Camp Scholarship (Campership) first round requests for all boys are due on or before April 1. All scholarships awarded will be applied to this registration in the name of the Scout on the campership request. Camperships are only in effect for the individual for whom the request was made, and may not be transferred to other campers. CUB SCOUT CAMPERS REFUND POLICY. Requests for refund must be made in writing at least two weeks prior to your camp date. No refunds on cancellations made within two weeks of the start of your camp date (except for medical reasons & must include a doctor's note). A $25 non-refundable Scout deposit cannot be returned.
