All participants must be sure to complete the Scouting America Annual Health and Medical Record, and bring a paper copy of parts A and B to the first shakedown trip at Henson, May 2-3, 2026.
Additionally, all participants should sign into their Jamboree Profile on https://jamboreg.scouting.org and complete the medical information by choosing the CampDocs Medical Records Access link on the lower right side of your Events tab.
