Cost per Scout (includes tent camping): 
$10 if registered and paid before 12/18/2021
$15 if registered between 12/19 and 1/7                     
$5 Late Fee if registering after 1/7
 

The Klondike will be a full day competition of stations, which will rely on the Patrol Method and Scouting skills.  

Stations will be run and sponsored by the Troops.  We are requesting volunteers from the Troops, at the minimum, two adults per Troop.  The adults will be part of the event's core staff.  

The adults will help in the facilitation of other activities that cannot be assigned to the Scouts.

Early Discount
Before 12/19/2021 a discount of $5.00 will apply to all **Scout** Registrants.
Before 12/18/2021 a discount of $5.00 will apply to all Adult Registrants.

Late fee
After 1/7/2022 a fee of $5.00 will apply to all **Scout** Registrants.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds: All refund requests should be directed to Del-Mar-Va Council Outdoor Programs, 1910 Baden Powell Way, Dover DE 19904. PARTIAL REFUNDS for Scouts not attending the event program will be given only if the unit notifies the Outdoor Program Office in writing at least 14 days prior to the unit's scheduled arrival date at the event. There will be no refund for cancellations within two weeks of the event attendance except for medical reasons. Partial refunds for cancellations due to medical reasons will require a doctor's note.
