Come to Powder Mill's 2020 District Dinner. We will be honoring two recipients of the District Award of Merit, Couldn't Have Done It Without You Awards, William D. Boyce Award, and others. Scouts who earned Eagle in 2019 are invited to attend for free and will receive recognition at the event.  Their families are invited to attend as well.  Please register the youth as free, families will need to pay.
