Dear Unit Leader:

Thanks to you and your unit for choosing a Del-Mar-Va Council camp for the summer of 2019. You've made a great decision, and I can't wait to spend time with you at camp. 
I'm sure you are aware that your next payment will soon be due.  I wanted to take a moment to discuss changes we have made on how we will collect fees from you, effective now,
as well as letting you know why we have changed the process.

First, what's changed?  Real simple- we want you to mail us your fees in the form of a check or use Echeck instead of using a credit card or debit card. 

Why the change?  Bank fees on credit card use continue to increase. 
Last season we paid over $30,000 in fees! We can use that same money to provide better program for your Scouts. 

Here are the choices you now have to pay your camp fees:

  • Send us a check in the mail
  • Call us and use Echeck (by providing us a routing number and account number over the phone)
  • Call us and use a credit card (a bank fee of 3% will be added to your payment to cover the fees)
