A Pow Wow is a training conference that takes place in a festive atmosphere.  The Pow Wow is a 'convention' for pack leaders - the Cubmaster should take all Cub Scout leaders to this learning extravaganza.  The Pow Wow offers a time for parents and all experienced, new, and prospective leaders to learn new things, share ideas and see what the other packs are doing.
