join in recognizing the past year's honors and achievements!

Bring your unit flag by 6:30 PM.

Opening Ceremony at 6:45 PM

Followed by Dinner, Recognition and Awards

Honors to be presented throughout the evening, including Scouter Memorial, Volunteer recognitions, Eagle Scout Roll Call, "Couldn't Have Done It Without You", District Family of the Year, District Award of Merit, and more!

Cost is $14.00 per Attendee

Dinner includes salad, Roasted Chicken breast, vegetable, and beverages prepared and served by the Scouts and Scouters of Troop 99. Proceeds benefit two 2010 Philmont crews.

Registration Details

• Pre-Registration is required.
• There are 2 registration methods for your Unit:
  1)By Wed. 2/10: In Person at the Roundtable meeting
  2)By Wed. 3/3 Online at www.delmarvcouncil.org, select 'Freedom Trail' , then click on Freedom Trail Recognition Dinner/Court of Honor. Registration as an entire Unit is preferred.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of registration either by check made out to Del-Mar-Va Council, BSA or using Visa/MC/Discover for the online process.

• Anyone who became an Eagle Scout during 2009 from a unit that pre-registers eats free!

Submit your Photos for the Slide Show!

Bring your favorite 2009 Scouting pictures on a copied CD to the 2/10/10 Roundtable meeting for inclusion in the slideshow. Troop 99's Al Stiles or Karl Zipf will collect your CD at that time
and return them at the 3/10/10 Dinner.
