| Cancellation Policy: |
T-Shirts may not be available for registrations completed after the late fee deadline.
Refunds: All refund requests are handled at the Del-Mar-Va Council Service Center. PARTIAL REFUNDS for Scouts not attending cub family weekend program will be given only if the unit or family notifies the Outdoor Program Office in writing at least 14 days prior to the unit?s scheduled arrival date at camp. There will be no refund for cancellations within two weeks of cub family weekend attendance except for medical reasons.
Partial refunds for cancellations due to medical reasons will require a doctor?s note.
