As they say "teamwork makes the dream work" when Scouting Programs have committed volunteers and a good plan, amazing things can happen.

With that in mind, we invite Cubmasters, Chartered Organization Representatives, Committee Chairpersons, Institution Heads and their designees to attend a free workshop on the "Best Practices" for running a Scouting Program

Our day will include some instruction by experienced volunteers and staff, but more importantly, we will give you time and support to plan out your own Pack or Troop budget, calendar, and other key details for your Scouting Program.
