"If you are entering the first grade for the 2016-2017 school year we are offering a discount to you. All new Tiger scouts (1st grade only) who join a Cub Scout pack between June 1, 2016 and July 22, 2016 will receive $25 back after day camp's last day. To receive this offer, please bring proof of registration with a pack or complete an application and pay the $12 registration fee at camp. (The Cub Scout pack may require additional dues) If you need help finding a new Cub Scout pack, please contact Leanne Vasold at either Lvasold@dmvc.org or 302-531-6280. This offer is extended only to boys entering the first grade with their day camp fee paid in full and an adult or responsible older sibling in attendance with them entire week of day camp."

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Campers will need to bring lunch with them each day.
  • All campers entering 1st grade must have an adult/mature sibling accompany them each day.
  • Dens will be formed by rank and will work & travel together throughout the day as they work on the Cub Scout Advancement Program.
  • Pre-Check in day schedule for Sunday July 17, 2016 10-2:00pm  (pick up T-shirt, water bottle, Den assignment, and drop off medical & information forms - see below)
  • No transportation will be available for this camp.

Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit/camper is required with this registration. The balance due is required before the first day of the camp. Discounts apply to the date of final payment NOT THE DATE OF REGISTRATION. Camp Scholarship (Campership) first round requests for all boys are due on or before April 1. All scholarships awarded will be applied to this registration in the name of the Scout on the campership request. Camperships are only in effect for the individual for whom the request was made, and may not be transferred to other campers. CUB SCOUT CAMPERS REFUND POLICY. Requests for refund must be made in writing at least two weeks prior to your camp date. No refunds on cancellations made within two weeks of the start of your camp date (except for medical reasons & must include a doctor's note). A $25 non-refundable Scout deposit cannot be returned. After June 1, the non-refundable amount increases to $50. Refund requests must be received by September 1st.
