POWDER MILL DISTRICT DAY CAMP

July 11 - 15, 2016

EVENT DETAILS
 
 Location:  DuPont Granogue Estate, Wilmington, DE
Time:  8:00AM-4:00PM  (drop off 7:45am - pick up no later than 4:15pm)
Eligibility: All youth entering first grade through 5th grade.
Note: rising first graders must be accompanied by an adult 

Costs

YOUTH REGISTRATION: $150 (paid in full on/before June 1st), $165 (paid in full after June 1st)
SIBLINGS: $135 (paid in full on/before June 1st),$150 (paid in full after June 1st)
AMOUNT DUE AT REGISTRATION $50/CAMPER

Fast Facts About Camp

  • Dens will be formed by rank and will work & travel together throughout the day as they work on the Cub Scout Advancement Program.

  • Campers will need to bring lunch with them each day.

  • Number of camper slots is limited!  Be sure to register now!

  • Special Family day Friday from noon to 4pm.  Visit with your son and see what he's been so excited about all week!

  • Pre-Check in day scheduled for July 8, 2016 between 6pm and 8pm at Granogue.
    • (pick up T-shirt, water bottle, Den assignment, and drop off  Health and Medical Record, Day Camp Information Form and Medication - see below).
  • No transportation will be available for this camp.

Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit/camper is required with this registration. The balance due is required before the first day of the camp. Discounts apply to the date of final payment NOT THE DATE OF REGISTRATION. Camp Scholarship (Campership) first round requests for all boys are due on or before April 1. All scholarships awarded will be applied to this registration in the name of the Scout on the campership request. Camperships are only in effect for the individual for whom the request was made, and may not be transferred to other campers. CUB SCOUT CAMPERS REFUND POLICY. Requests for refund must be made in writing at least two weeks prior to your camp date. No refunds or cancellations made within two weeks of the start of your camp date (except for medical reasons & must include a doctor's note). A $25 non-refundable Scout deposit cannot be returned. After June 1, the non-refundable amount increases to $50. Refund requests must be received by September 1st.
