Cost per Scout (includes tent camping): 
$10 if registered before 12/14/2021
$15 if registered by 1/2/2022                          
$5 per Scout Late Fee (if registering within 2 weeks of the event)

Additional event patches are available for adults at a cost of $3/patch.

A limited number of Cabins and Bunkhouses are available for rent and they go quickly. If your Troop would like to rent a cabin for the weekend please call Carrie Johnston at 302-622-3300 x.127. 
Any Troop without a cabin or bunkhouse will be assigned a Tent Camping Area at no additional charge.  Tent Camping Areas will likely be shared between Troops based on registered attendance. 

The Klondike will be a full day competition of stations, which will rely on the Patrol Method and Scouting skills.  The top patrol will be awarded the Golden Nugget for a year, which is the annual trophy that passes from Klondike winner to winner. 

Stations will be run and sponsored by the Troops.  We are requesting volunteers from the Troops, at the minimum, two adults per Troop.  The adults will be part of the event's core staff.  

The adults will help in the facilitation of other activities that cannot be assigned to the Scouts.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds: All refund requests should be directed to Del-Mar-Va Council Outdoor Programs, 1910 Baden Powell Way, Dover DE 19904. PARTIAL REFUNDS for Scouts not attending the event program will be given only if the unit notifies the Outdoor Program Office in writing at least 14 days prior to the unit's scheduled arrival date at the event. There will be no refund for cancellations within two weeks of the event attendance except for medical reasons. Partial refunds for cancellations due to medical reasons will require a doctor's note.
