FACTS TO KNOW...

WHO:     All youth entering 1st - 5th grade   Note: Youth entering 1st grade need to have an adult partner with them each day for the entire day

WHEN:  July 8 - July 12, 2019

WHERE:  Paper Mill Park, 1050 Paper Mill Rd., Newark, DE 19711
TIME:  8am-4:00pm 
LUNCH: All campers must bring their own lunch/snacks/drinks
COSTS (includes a t-shirt)
            Cub Scouts/Other $175 (If paid in full on or before June 1, 2019)  /  $190 (if balance paid after June 1, 2019)
            Sibling (registered as a Cub Scout)/Sibling (not registered as a Cub Scout) $160 (If paid in full on or before June 1, 2019) / $175 (if balance paid after June 1, 2019)
$50 /registrant due at time of registration

Early Discount
Before 6/1/2019 a discount of $15.00 will apply to all Cub Scout Registrants.

Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit/camper is required with this registration. The balance due is required before the first day of the camp. Discounts apply to the date of final payment NOT THE DATE OF REGISTRATION. Camp Scholarship (Campership) first round requests for all boys are due on or before April 1. All scholarships awarded will be applied to this registration in the name of the Scout on the campership request. Camperships are only in effect for the individual for whom the request was made, and may not be transferred to other campers. CUB SCOUT CAMPERS REFUND POLICY. Requests for refund must be made in writing at least two weeks prior to your camp date. No refunds or cancellations made within two weeks of the start of your camp date (except for medical reasons & must include a doctor's note). A $25 non-refundable Scout deposit cannot be returned. After June 1, the non-refundable amount increases to $50. Refund requests must be received by September 1st.
