IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Campers will need to bring lunch with them each day,
  • All campers entering 1st grade must have an adult/mature sibling accompany them each day. 
  • Dens will be formed by rank and will work & travel together throughout the day as they work on the Cub Scout Advancement Program,
  • Pre-Check in day (date to be announced in the near future) at 4-H Park (pick up tshirt, water bottle, Den assignment, and drop off medical & information forms - see below)
  • No transportation will be available for this camp

Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit/camper is required with this registration. The balance due is required before the first day of the camp. Discounts apply to the date of final payment NOT THE DATE OF REGISTRATION. Camp Scholarship (Campership) first round requests for all boys are due on or before April 1. All scholarships awarded will be applied to this registration in the name of the Scout on the campership request. Camperships are only in effect for the individual for whom the request was made, and may not be transferred to other campers. CUB SCOUT CAMPERS REFUND POLICY. Requests for refund must be made in writing at least two weeks prior to your camp date. No refunds on cancellations made within two weeks of the start of your camp date (except for medical reasons & must include a doctor's note). A $25 non-refundable Scout deposit cannot be returned. After June 1, the non-refundable amount increases to $50. Refund requests must be received by September 1st.
