Adult Beginner Blacksmithing Course
When: Saturday Nov. 14th 9AM-4PM
Where: Henson Scout Reservation (Blacksmithing Pavilion in Activities Field)
What: Over the years, countless Adult Leaders have watched their scouts learn blacksmithing during summer camp and said, “I want to do that!”
Well, the time is now for those adults to get their chance to learn the basics of blacksmithing.
This full-day session will teach you the basics of blacksmithing and you will get plenty of time to bang on some red-hot steel!
Cost: $100 per adult, includes all materials and use of safety gear. Adults will get to keep their projects at the end of the day.
Please bring a bagged lunch, water bottle, and positive learning attitude! Participants will be required to wear boots, long sleeves and long pants that are made of natural material such as cotton.
This special opportunity is limited to 14 adults. Register as soon as possible!
