FACTS TO KNOW...

WHO:     All youth entering 1st - 5th grade   Note: Youth entering 1st grade need to have an adult partner with them each day for the entire day

WHEN:  July 6 - July 10, 2020
WHERE: Sawmill Park, Accomac, VA   
TIME:  8am - 4:00pm 
LUNCH: Breakfast and lunch are provided. Campers should bring snacks and drinks to camp each day.
COSTS: (Day Camp t-shirt included) a $50/registrant fee will be collected at the time of registration

      Cub Scouts: $60 if paid in full before May 31st /  $75 on or after June 1st

      Non Cub Scouts:  $75 if paid in full before May 31st /  $90 on or after June 1st

**Plans for normal summer camp operations remain in effect. Please refer to the promotional information for individual Cub Scout summer camp payment deadlines. Payment deadlines remain in place and are vital to providing a safe and enjoyable summer camp experience. For 2020 summer camps, we will consider the camper fee as refundable if government authorities  mandate the closure of summer camps.

Early Discount
Before 6/1/2020 a discount of $15.00 will apply to all Cub Scout Registrants.

Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required with this registration. The balance due is required before the first day of the camp. Discounts apply to the date of final payment NOT THE DATE OF REGISTRATION. Camp Scholarship (Campership) first round requests for all boys are due on or before April 15th. All scholarships awarded will be applied to this registration in the name of the Scout on the campership request. Camperships are only in effect for the individual for whom the request was made, and may not be transferred to other campers. CUB SCOUT CAMPERS REFUND POLICY. Requests for refund must be made in writing at least two weeks prior to your camp date. No refunds on cancellations made within two weeks of the start of your camp date (except for medical reasons & must include a doctor's note). A $50 non-refundable Scout deposit cannot be returned.
