TRI COUNTY DAY CAMP

 

FACTS TO KNOW...

WHO: Any youth entering 1st-5th-grade NOTE: those entering First grade must have an adult partner with them at camp each day, all day.  
WHEN: August 10-14, 2020 8:00am - 4:00pm (drop off 7:45 - pick up no later than 4:15)
WHERE: Shad's Landing State Park, Snow Hill, MD
LUNCH: Campers need to provide their own lunch/snacks/drinks
COSTS: (Day Camp t-shirt included) a $50/registrant fee will be collected at the time of registration

      Cub Scout/Other: $130 if paid in full before May 1st /  $165 if balance paid between May 1st and May 31st / $180 on or after June 1st

      Sibling who is also a Cub Scout:  $120 if paid in full before May 1st /  $155 if balance paid between May 1st and May 31st / $170 on or after June 1st 

**The first Cub Scout of a family must register at the regular Cub Scout rate, any additional Cub Scouts in the family can then register at the discounted sibling rate.**

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - Volunteers that volunteer all five days may be eligible for a $50 discount in the form of a refund at the discretion of Camp Director.

Campership Application-Due April 15th

**Plans for normal summer camp operations remain in effect. Please refer to the promotional information for individual Cub Scout summer camp payment deadlines. Payment deadlines remain in place and are vital to providing a safe and enjoyable summer camp experience. For 2020 summer camps, we will consider the camper fee as refundable if government authorities  mandate the closure of summer camps.

Early Discount

Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required with this registration. The balance due is required before the first day of the camp. Discounts apply to the date of final payment NOT THE DATE OF REGISTRATION. Camp Scholarship (Campership) first round requests for all boys are due on or before April 15th. All scholarships awarded will be applied to this registration in the name of the Scout on the campership request. Camperships are only in effect for the individual for whom the request was made, and may not be transferred to other campers. CUB SCOUT CAMPERS REFUND POLICY. Requests for refund must be made in writing at least two weeks prior to your camp date. No refunds on cancellations made within two weeks of the start of your camp date (except for medical reasons & must include a doctor's note). A $25 non-refundable Scout deposit cannot be returned.
