FACTS TO KNOW....

WHO: Boys & Girls entering 1st - 5th grade
WHEN: June 26-30, 2017 8am-5pm (drop off 7:45am/pick up no later than 5:15pm)
WHERE:American Legion Chestertown, MD 9155 American Legion Rd Chestertown, MD
LUNCH: Campers need to provide their own lunch/snacks/drinks

COSTS
     Cub Scout/Other: $99.00 if paid in full on or before June 13th/$114 pad in full after June 13th
     Sibling:  $89,00 if paid in full on or before June 13th/$104 paid in full after June 13th
 
     *$50/registrant due at time of registration

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - Volunteers that volunteer all five days may be eligible for a fee discount per discretion of the Camp Director 2017 Day Camp Volunteer Form

Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit per camper is required with this registration. The balance due is required before the first day of the camp. Discounts apply to the date of final payment NOT THE DATE OF REGISTRATION. Camp Scholarship (Campership) first round requests for all boys are due on or before April 1. All scholarships awarded will be applied to this registration in the name of the Scout on the campership request. Camperships are only in effect for the individual for whom the request was made, and may not be transferred to other campers. CUB SCOUT CAMPERS REFUND POLICY. Requests for refund must be made in writing at least two weeks prior to your camp date. No refunds on cancellations made within two weeks of the start of your camp date (except for medical reasons & must include a doctor's note). A $25 non-refundable Scout deposit cannot be returned.
